I run writing groups for health and well being in a voluntary and paid capacity in the local and wider community. Whether you are a seasoned writer or have an interest in exploring your inner self, writing within a group is therapeutic as well as enjoyable.
I am also available to set up writing groups for personal development, therapeutic and creative writing at other venues and organisations.
